Webefly provides web design, website development, website templates, and related online services. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled.

1. Web Design & Development Services

Because our services involve time, customization, and digital delivery, refunds are handled as follows:

  1. Before work has started : You may request a cancellation, and a full refund may be issued.

  2. After work has started: Cancellations are allowed, but refunds are not guaranteed and may be partial, depending on the amount of work already completed.

  3. After project completion or delivery: No refunds or cancellations are available once the service has been completed and delivered.

2. Website Templates & Ready-Made Designs

Website templates and ready-made designs provided by Webefly are non-refundable once access or delivery is granted.

No refunds are provided for:

  1. Change of mind

  2. Incompatibility with hosting, CMS, or software

  3. Incorrect purchase

  4. Lack of technical knowledge

Exception:
If a template or design contains a technical issue that cannot be resolved by our support team, a refund may be considered.
