Because our services involve time, customization, and digital delivery, refunds are handled as follows:
Before work has started : You may request a cancellation, and a full refund may be issued.
After work has started: Cancellations are allowed, but refunds are not guaranteed and may be partial, depending on the amount of work already completed.
After project completion or delivery: No refunds or cancellations are available once the service has been completed and delivered.
Website templates and ready-made designs provided by Webefly are non-refundable once access or delivery is granted.
No refunds are provided for:
Change of mind
Incompatibility with hosting, CMS, or software
Incorrect purchase
Lack of technical knowledge
Exception:
If a template or design contains a technical issue that cannot be resolved by our support team, a refund may be considered.
