There are many contraceptive options out there, and the latest one, Jiftip, claims to be the first method of male birth control. But does it work? To answer that question, I had to find out all about this new product myself. You can learn all about Jiftip in my review below.
How it works
Jiftip is a sheath that covers the penis and prevents sperm from entering the urethra. To use it, you simply peel off the backing and stick the device to the head of your penis. The company claims that Jiftip will block 100% of sperm, but some users report that it isn’t always effective. In order to work properly, Jiftip must be used correctly every time you have sex.
Risk factors
While male birth control is not yet available on the market, there are a few products in development, including Jiftip. While this product is still in testing, there are some potential risks associated with its use. These include:
-Allergic reactions to the adhesive
-Urinary tract infections
-Inability to remove the device
Effectiveness
In general, birth control is about 85% effective. This means that if 100 couples use the birth control method correctly, 15 of those couples will get pregnant. But nothing is perfect, and there are always exceptions to the rule. So what about Jiftip?
Advantages
Jiftip is a small, adhesive sticker that is placed over the opening of the penis. It’s easy to use and doesn’t require a prescription. Plus, it’s much cheaper than other options on the market. Perhaps most importantly, it’s been shown to be effective at preventing pregnancy.
Disadvantages
Though Jiftip may be a new and innovative form of birth control for men, there are still some disadvantages to using this product. For one, some users have reported that the product is not always comfortable to wear. Additionally, because it is a new product, there is still some testing that needs to be done in order to determine its long-term effectiveness. Additionally, Jiftip is not currently available for purchase in all countries.
Alternatives
Although there are many different types of birth control available on the market, none of them are specifically designed for men. However, a new product called Jiftip is changing that. Jiftip is a male birth control sticker that claims to be 99.9% effective at preventing pregnancy. But does it really work?
Summary & verdict
If you’re looking for a male birth control option that is non-hormonal, non-invasive, and easy to use, Jiftip may be a good choice for you. However, it’s important to remember that this product is not foolproof and should be used in conjunction with other forms of birth control. Overall, we give Jiftip 3 out of 5 stars.
