I’ve struggled with my weight ever since I can remember. Not that I was obese or severely overweight, but I could always find something to nag me about how my body looked at the time, whether it was my arms, my legs, my stomach, my butt…you name it! Why We Started Our Diets
We all know the feeling—we want to lose weight, so we go on a diet. We’re motivated at first, but then we start to slip. We miss a workout here, have a cheat meal there, and before we know it, we’re back to our old eating habits. Sound familiar?

Now, I eat intuitively.
How We Felt After Changing Our Mindset
For years, I thought of dieting as a necessary evil. I’d start a new diet, lose a few pounds, feel good about myself for awhile, and then eventually fall off the wagon. I was never able to stick with any diet for more than a few months, and I always felt guilty and ashamed when I failed.
